Pathfinder is a joint initiative by UK Trade & Investment East Midlands and East Midlands Development Agency (emda) to support companies to increase overseas business.

Eligibility

  • Guideline turnover: £3 million
  • Expected growth of 20% year on year
  • Committed to increasing international business

The package includes:-

  • Business Development review
    To gauge the company’s suitability for Pathfinder.
  • Pathfinder project plan
    An agreed action plan which sets out the activities for the programme.
  • Export support
    An experienced export professional to assist the company in the implementation of its action plan.
  • Training
    Available if required.

What will it cost?

The initial assessment, action planning and consultancy support are provided free of charge.  Pathfinder will provide £2,000 of 50% matched funding towards the qualifying elements of the Pathfinder action plan.
