The Passport to Export programme has proven to be a real international gate-opener for businesses throughout the east midlands. Providing access to a unique reservoir of knowledge and resources, Passport to Export help all sorts of businesses develop successful export strategies.

You’ll be able to draw upon the know-how of an expert who has worked in real business environments and understands the way it works in differing sectors in all corners of the globe. Passport to export puts their expertise inside your boardroom. Helping to shape your export strategy and providing a year on-going expertise.

  • Two-day workshop which will help you to kickstart a new way of thinking.
  • Business health check and assistance with developing your export strategy
  • £1,500 matched funding to help you implement your export strategy.
  • 1-day Researching Export Markets workshop 
  • Advice and support from our international trade team including help with researching potential export markets, cultural and communication and much more

Duration and Cost:

The scheme lasts 12 months and companies pay an enrolment fee of £500.  £400 will be refunded against your first tailored Overseas Market Introduction Service Report (OMIS) commissioned whilst on the programme.

Eligibility

If you’re an east midlands business with fewer than 250 employees (see the accompanying leaflet for full conditions) this represents a real opportunity.
