How does OMIS work?
The objective of OMIS is to support the customer in an effective first entry into a new market. Based around an individually agreed service package, the balance of activities reflects a considered assessment of each customers specific requirements.
OMIS can:
- Help you investigate new overseas markets;
- Equip you with a package of research and in market support including briefings, appointment making and market analysis;
- Supply you with an analysis of possible market entry strategies and identification of potential business partners;
- Offer advice on competitors as well as local regulations and standards;
- Assist with the organisation of promotional events and seminars, including the use of official premises.
The OMIS package is likely to include a mix of pre-visit research and advice through to support during a market visit. However with consumers, markets and sectors varying immensely, customers may only seek and/or require certain elements from the full range of support offered through the OMIS.
How much does an OMIS cost?
